Foot diagnostics and custom insoles
About a quarter of the bones in the body are in the feet, and they carry our whole weight every day. Computer diagnostics show how your feet take the load and which insoles or shoes suit you.
How the diagnostics work
-
Step 1: Scanning your feet
You stand and walk on a pressure-measuring (tensiometric) platform. It measures the load on your feet both at rest and in motion, not only while you stand, as some other methods do.
-
Step 2: A talk with a kinesitherapist
The specialist explains the result and what it means for your feet.
-
Step 3: Choosing insoles
Based on the result, we suggest the most suitable insoles: standard or custom-made.
We carry out the diagnostics in our shops in Gabrovo and Stara Zagora.
Custom orthopaedic insoles and shoes
With us you can order custom orthopaedic insoles, arch supports and shoes made for your needs and your particular problem. This option is especially suitable for:
- diabetic foot;
- deformities such as hallux valgus;
- pain in the ball of the foot or in the arch;
- one leg shorter than the other by up to 2 cm.
Custom insoles hold the heel in the right position, while the transverse and longitudinal arches are raised exactly as much as needed.
Standard insoles
If you do not need custom insoles, we will help you choose standard ones: for prevention, for a high arch, for sport, or for children. Sizes differ between manufacturers, so it is best to try them in the shoes you will wear them with.
Exercises at home
On our blog you will find sample exercises and self-massage for the feet:

High arch: High arches: exercises and self-massage

Flat feet (low arch): Flat feet: exercises and self-massage at home

Flat feet in children: Flat feet in children: exercise games and massage at home

Hallux valgus: Hallux valgus (bunion): exercises, self-massage and shoes

Plantar fasciitis: Plantar fasciitis: exercises and self-massage for heel pain
If you are in pain, talk to a doctor or to our specialist before you start the exercises.
