Services

Besides the products in our catalogue, we also help with services: from a hearing test to repairing your wheelchair. Advice on getting or buying a medical device is free.

Hearing aid fitting

Audiometric hearing tests, choosing and fitting a hearing aid, custom ear moulds, batteries and servicing. At our licensed centres in Gabrovo and Stara Zagora.

Foot diagnostics and custom insoles

Computer diagnostics on a pressure-measuring (tensiometric) platform, advice from a kinesitherapist, and custom-made or standard insoles.

Service and repair

Our own repair service for wheelchairs, bath and toilet chairs and hearing aids: diagnostics, repairs, replacement parts, tyres and batteries.

Help with the documents

If you are entitled to an assistive device funded by the state, we explain the steps and which documents to prepare, and once it is approved, we help you choose the device.
