  1. We receive your request at the shop you chose.
  2. We call you on the number you gave to arrange the day and time.
  3. You come at the agreed time. Please bring:
    • for a hearing test: a referral from an ENT specialist, if you have one, and your hearing aid, if you already use one;
    • for insoles: the shoes you will wear them in;
    • for state funding: the documents on the checklist.
